I've been amazed at Dr. McKenna's skill since the first time I ever saw a show about him!

I was born with a atrial septal defect and a few holes in my heart. At 22 weeks, i had a surgery to correct it and now have a transitional atrial septal defect. I just had my second surgery last August (the 28th). The second surgery was to correct aortic stenosis. That surgery did not end up working, and now im going in for my third heart surgery at the age of 16 at Vanderbilt's Childrens Hospital in less than a week. This surgery will be a ross-konno procedure, and seeing this video is so interesting and calming to see what will actually be done (to an extent).

I don't think the video is detailed enough to properly be performed by a layperson. I have questions re the grip to hold the baby, the angle, how hard to push. An up close demo would have been better
